LIST OF TERZAN GLOBULAR CLUSTERS



Terzan 7 is the nicest and brightest of all globular clusters from this catalog. However, it is so interesting for it is one of only 4 young globular clusters in Milky Way.

In the 1968. French astronomer Agop Terzan published list of 12 faint globular clusters he discovered in the infrared light. As Terzan 11 was rediscovered Terzan 5, in some catalogs and lists renumber the original Terzan 12 as Terzan 11. There are very interested objects and not studied too much, some of them are lying near galactic center and one is quite young, which is extremly rare for globular clusters, specially in our galaxy. To observe all 11, at least good 25"-30" telescope is required for experienced observer from the dark site. Here's list of them:
